Publishing knowledge that's ready for AI agents

About

The shift
A PDF or a website used to be enough. Visitors read it and made their own plans. That is changing. AI agents now plan the visit, compare the options, reserve the table and buy the ticket for the visitor. An agent can only act on information it can find, trust and use. If a destination, association or event doesn't provide that information, the AI fills the gap with guesses, outdated listings or a competitor's data.

The problem for public organizations
Tourism boards, municipalities, business associations and event organizers already own the most accurate knowledge about their places and programs. Very little of it is in a form agents can use. Someone will decide how AI systems describe these organizations. It should be the organizations themselves.

What we build

  • Datamaps & Guidemaps: structured, verified knowledge about a place, a network or event. AI agents can read it, and they can also plan, reserve and purchase from it.

  • Visitor-flow systems: designs for how people move through a destination or event. They show where demand builds up, where capacity is idle, and how agent-driven planning can spread visitors better.

Pilots in three countries

  1. International: a network of AI associations, turning member and expertise data into knowledge agents can query.

  2. France: one of the world's premier business events, covering its program, venues and visitor journeys.

  3. Slovenia: municipal travel reservation system.

  4. Croatia: regional tourism data optimization.

Design partnerships: closing by the end of 2026
We are choosing a small number of organizations as design partners. Each will shape the product with us and set the standard for its sector.

  • Who fits: municipalities and regions, tourism boards, business associations, and major event organizers that want more control over how AI represents them.

  • What partners get: an agent-ready guidemap of their knowledge, a visitor-flow analysis, early access to the product, and a direct say in the roadmap.

  • What we ask: a named owner on their side, access to their data, and honest feedback throughout the pilot.

The organizations that structure their knowledge now will set the terms for how AI presents them. Those that wait will be described by whatever the AI finds.
